Terms of Service

By accessing or using NeuraPress services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

NeuraPress (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a managed press-release distribution service. We write your news story and distribute it across our network of verified media outlets.

1. Services we provide

NeuraPress offers three tiers of managed publication service:

• Foundation Presence — distribution across 320+ verified outlets in the NeuraPress network.
• Authority Build — distribution across 500+ outlets, including Google News and Yahoo News syndication.
• AI Search Dominance — distribution across 570+ top-tier outlets, optimized to be cited by AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.

Every engagement is managed end to end. Our work includes:

• Article creation using AI-assisted research with human editorial refinement.
• Distribution to verified outlets in the NeuraPress network.
• A delivery report with live publication links.

2. What we do not provide

NeuraPress does not:

• Guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, sales, or search rankings.
• Provide ongoing public-relations campaigns, media monitoring, journalist pitching, or media-relationship management.
• Offer social-media management, paid advertising, crisis communications, or investor relations.
• Control how individual outlets format, display, or retain your article.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Ensure that every claim in your submission is truthful and verifiable.
• Own, or hold permission to use, all content, images, and trademarks you provide.
• Notify us promptly of any inaccuracy.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Contains false, misleading, or unverified claims.
• Promotes adult content, gambling, or illegal activity.
• Attacks or defames competitors or other parties.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including industry-specific regulations (FDA, FTC, SEC, and similar), intellectual-property laws, and data-protection laws.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days’ notice. Current pricing is available at neurapress.co/pricing.

Payment is due at the time of order submission. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

Once your article has been distributed to outlets, the Service is considered complete and is non-refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Publication process

Historically, most orders complete within an average turnaround of 5–7 business days. This is an estimate based on past performance, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual timing varies with outlet editorial queues, holidays and weekends, content complexity, and revision requests. Premium outlets are more selective and may take longer.

You will receive a draft article for review and approval. By approving the article, you:

• Confirm that all information is accurate.
• Accept responsibility for the claims it contains.
• Authorize distribution to the outlets in your tier.

One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur a fee of $50 per round.

6. Outlet coverage and placement

We will distribute your article to at least the minimum number of outlets included in your chosen tier. If we cannot meet that minimum, you are entitled to a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.

We do not control, and make no guarantee regarding:

• How outlets format or display your article.
• Whether an outlet later chooses to remove or rotate content.
• Outlet traffic, reader engagement, or third-party comments.
• Citation by, or appearance in, any specific AI search engine or search ranking.

While most publications remain live indefinitely, we cannot guarantee permanent placement. Outlets may remove content at their discretion due to editorial-policy changes, content rotation, legal requirements, or technical issues.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your business information, brand names, trademarks, and proprietary content you provide to NeuraPress. By submitting content, you grant NeuraPress a non-exclusive, worldwide license to create and edit articles based on your information, distribute those articles to outlets, and — with your permission — display your article in sample reports and marketing materials.

NeuraPress retains all rights to the specific article we create, our proprietary processes and methodologies, our distribution network, and our reporting templates and tools.

After publication, you may link to published articles, reference the publications in your marketing, display outlet logos in “As Seen In” sections, and share articles on social media. You may not republish the article text verbatim on your own site (linking is fine), claim authorship of the article, modify the article after publication, or use the NeuraPress brand name without permission.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that articles will be professionally written, that distribution will be to verified, indexed outlets, that we will provide live links to all publications, and that reports will accurately reflect distribution results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraPress provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant specific business outcomes, the continuous availability of published articles, specific search rankings or AI-system citations, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Damages arising from third-party actions.
• Loss of data or information.
• Reputational harm.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. Where that is the case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuraPress, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, false or misleading information you provided, your violation of any law or regulation, infringement of third-party rights, or content you submitted.

11. Termination

You may cancel your order at any time before the writing process begins for a full refund. After writing begins, our Refund Policy applies, including a 14-day window covering the writing phase prior to publication.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if you violate these Terms, if content violates our policies, if the information you provided is false or misleading, or if you engage in abusive behavior toward our team.

Upon termination, you will receive any applicable refund under our Refund Policy, we will cease all work on your project, and you will not be entitled to publication or reports.

12. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@neurapress.co to attempt an informal resolution.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English in Delaware, USA.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

13. General provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuraPress.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war or terrorism, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or public-health emergencies.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at neurapress.co/terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
